If you change your mind and would like to return an item please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Return postage is paid by the buyer.
When the item returns to us in the same condition it left we will issue a full refund.

If your item was damaged in the post the best thing to do is email us with photos.
For entomology frames we offer a repair or replacement and cover the cost of 1st class postage back to us.
For other items we will need to look into how the item was damaged before offering compensation.
My order was incorrect.
If you received something you did not order please email us with your order reference.
We will cover the cost of 1st class postage back to us and send out the correct item as soon as possible.
